Stephen V. Smith has held multiple leadership positions in both industry and higher education including Vice President of Corporate Development for National Environmental Testing, Planning Manager for ARCO Chemical Company and Associate Dean of Online Learning at a major national university.  Dr. Smith is a pioneer of online learning and developed one of the first fully online engineering graduate degrees to be offered.
