Welcome to the College of Engineering! 

It is an honor to serve as the dean of a college defined by a deep commitment to student success and research. From my first days at Temple, I was inspired. Our students, faculty, staff and alumni make this an extraordinary community where ideas become solutions.  

Temple’s mission as a public, urban research university deeply resonates with me. Temple welcomes talented students from diverse backgrounds who are excited to make a positive impact in the world. I believe that engineering education should be accessible, innovative, and dedicated to creating more opportunities for student success. 

The college is uniquely positioned to prepare the next generation of engineers for a rapidly changing world. Through cutting edge research and connections with industry and community partners, Temple engineers are making a difference every day. 

As we look to the future, we will continue to build on the college's strong foundation while expanding opportunities for our students to learn state-of-the-art techniques from world-class faculty, connect with fellow students, practice entrepreneurship, and engage with community partners.
