The Spring 2024 College of Engineering Ceremony will be held on

Thursday, May 9th at 10:00am in Pearson-McGonigle Hall.

Doors Open to the public at 9:00am
***Reception to follow from 11:30am-2:00pm in Mitten Hall
Complementary food and soft drinks will be served***

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

For Graduates

• Graduates must check in at Gym #145 in Pearson-McGonigle Hall in full regalia by 9:00 AM. No Exceptions.

• Graduates, please click here to view or print your Grad Pass.  You will need this to check-in and to cross the stage. A physical GradPass will be provided at check-in.

• No guest registration or tickets required for College of Engineering ceremony or reception - please use discretion on number of guests.

• Reception to follow immediately after the ceremony from 11:30-2:00pm in Mitten Hall

• Contact the Center for Academic Advising and Student Affairs immediately at 215-204-2998 to inquire about:

  • ADA accommodations

  • Tickets and / or parking passes  for the University's ceremony on May 8, 2024

  • Inquiries not accepted after 12:00 PM on Monday, May 6, 2024.

• Parking passes valid for May 8th and 9th in the following lots:

  • Diamond Street Lot – 1140 W. Diamond Street – Phila., PA 19122

  • Norris Street Lot – 1961 N. Marvine Street – Phila., PA 19122
