The Council of Deans of 17 Schools and Colleges at Temple University elected Robert Brooks as an Emeritus Associate Professor of Civil Engineering. Since March 19, 2023, Dr. Brooks has been serving the society at large in that position. Since that time, Dr. Brooks has been working on a wide variety of waste materials for soil stabilization and site improvement. As an independent researcher he has already published some of his original research results as a co-author, in several International peer reviewed Journals.
