The road to that global economy starts right here in North Philadelphia.

STEM—Science, Technology, Engineering & Math— education and resources are critical for preparedness for students and communities to participate in the global economy.

The College of Engineering supports a rigorous STEM education, and believes that every student who wants to pursue an education in a STEM field should be able to do so. The College has a proud history of running high school summer engineering programs, including WE2 and Robotics Camp.

Our talented faculty also routinely bring their research and engineering expertise out of the lab and into the community to spark the ingenuity of the next generation of engineers and get them excited about applying their skills to make the world a better place.
