Bio

Leonard Bernstein is an Instructor in the Department of Civil and Environmnetal Engineering. Leonard Bernstein is a Professional Engineer, registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as a Sewage Enforcement Office for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has held many offices in the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, as well as the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, Philadelphia Chapter. He is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA), both the National Chapter as well as the Philadelphia Chapter and has held offices in both. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Sewage Enforcement Officers. He has served on the Delaware Valley Engineers Week Council, holding many offices.
