The College graduated the first cohort of seniors in the Spring 2016. The College will seek retroactive accreditation from the Engineering Accreditation Commision of ABET, www.abet.org during the 2017-2018 accreditation review.
Program Educational Objectives
- Experience success in a variety of Bioengineering-related postgraduate environments or other diverse areas that require technical and/or professional skills.
- Pursue professional development through life-long learning, including continuing or advanced education, relevant to their career path.
- Be able to effectively communicate, both orally and written, in a multi-disciplinary environment.
(a) an ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering
(b) an ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data
(c) an ability to design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability
